A parking space and a cellar are the first two questions that come up with this building. Here they are together — without you having to choose an apartment first.
One space with a 1+kk studio, two with a 3+kk apartment. There is nothing to pay on top for a space.
The parking area is in the co-ownership of the unit owners. Buyers choose the particular position in the order of reservations — whoever reserves earlier chooses from a larger number. There is no garage in the building, parking is outdoors.
Twelve storage units in the building’s cellar, 2.36 m² to 4.19 m².
The price depends on the area and ranges from 118 000 CZK to 210 000 CZK. A storage unit is not part of the apartment price. Below you will find the area, the price and whether each one is still available.
The northern row along the upper boundary of the plot, the western part beyond the bend along the retaining wall, and three angled spaces right by the drive up to the villa.

The plan can be moved sideways
A grey space is already taken. The other spaces are allocated in the order of reservations — the plan shows which of them are still available, and the particular position is confirmed only when the apartment is reserved.

A storage unit is purchased separately with the apartment. The largest has 4.19 m², the smallest 2.36 m².

Prices according to the developer’s price list of 11 August 2026. A storage unit is sold with an apartment, not on its own.
For unit 10 the drawing does not mark the dividing wall unambiguously. The position follows information from the site, the area comes from the price list — we will confirm it with the developer before any reservation.
