This policy describes how we handle personal data and cookies on the website svycarska-vila.cz. In force since 7 October 2026.

We process only the data you give us yourself through the contact form or when you get in touch by e-mail or on WhatsApp:
The website collects no data automatically beyond the necessary cookies (see below).
We keep the data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and the communication that follows, or for as long as required by law. We then delete it.
We do not pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. It may be made available to our processors who provide our technical facilities (for example website hosting, e-mail service), always under a contract and only to the extent necessary.
We split consent into statistics a marketing and you can choose only part of it. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the link Cookie settings in the footer of every page — the same bar opens, with the preferences shown.
Visitor statistics – with consent to statistics we measure how the site is used, using Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). We track page visits, the source of the visit and submissions of the enquiry form; the IP address is anonymised. The Google Analytics tag also loads without consent, but it runs in denied mode under Google Consent Mode: it stores nothing on your device – no cookies and no other identifiers – and sends only an anonymous signal without an identifier, from which the total number of visits is estimated in the reports. Only after consent is the measurement joined into a session.
Marketing – with consent to marketing we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and switch on the advertising signals of Google Analytics; we use them to evaluate the advertisement you came from. Without this consent the Meta Pixel does not load at all. The data may also be processed outside the EU on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
Advertising on Seznam (Sklik) – every page carries the retargeting code of the Sklik advertising system (Seznam.cz, a.s.). With consent to marketing, Seznam remembers that you visited the website and may then show you an advertisement for Švýcarská vila in the Seznam advertising network. Without consent the code loads as well, but it tells Seznam that you have not consented: under its own terms Seznam then processes the data only anonymously and stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it. We do not pass your e-mail address or other contact details to Seznam.
In connection with the processing you have the right of access to the data, to its correction or erasure, to restriction of processing, to object and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
